Shipping and Return Policy

We use Canada Post, Parcel services for shipments under 30kg. The time frame for delivery may vary depending on customization’s and availability. Due to the custom and bulky nature of our canvas wall tents and tipis please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for your shipment to arrive.

If you are making an order where the total weight of your shipment is over 30kg you will have to contact 1-867-952-2179 to arrange a shipping quote.

Returns

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. Most products can be returned for a refund minus any costs associated with shipping. Any products returned for a refund may be subject to a restocking fee.
